Medicus Training is a brand of Tomco Capital Corporation.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Medicus Training's website, online courses, or services ("Services"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services.

2. License Grant: Medicus Training grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business education needs, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

3. User Responsibilities: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the Services legally and ethically.

6. Term and Termination: Medicus Training may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will end, and you must cease all use of the Services.

7. Disclaimers: The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Medicus Training does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the Services. No advice or information obtained through the Services will create any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability: Medicus Training will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Modifications to Terms: Medicus Training reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. General Provisions: If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Medicus Training regarding the Services.
